Douglas Holland

Douglas Holland, a petroleum engineer and professional with over 25 years’ experience in the U.S. onshore industry, received his B.S. in chemical engineering from Texas A&M University and his MBA from the University of Houston Bauer School of Business. Mr. Holland started his oilfield career as a field hand and EIT with Mobil E&P US in Southern Louisiana and South Texas. Since that time, he has worked in ever increasing roles of responsibility in Operations, Drilling, Completions, Production, Reservoir, and management with companies including Sonat/ El Paso, Newfield, Eaglerock Energy, Rosetta/ Noble, and most recently, prior to WEL, serving as CEO of Clearly Petroleum, a combination of three Carlyle portfolio companies. Mr. Holland has extensive onshore experience in Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Mississippi, and has been with Winchester since February 2020.

John Kenny

Mr Kenny is a lawyer by profession and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia.

Larry Cheng Kang Liu

Mr. LIU, obtained a Bachelor’s Degree of Engineering from Southeast University, China and a MBA from a joint program between APESMA & Deakin University, Australia. Mr. LIU joined General Electric in 1997 from Contact Energy New Zealand, and served as the various Asia Pacific leadership positions, including sourcing leader, six-sigma master black belt, and energy services sales director. He was the general manager of South China, HK & Macau for GE Consumer & Industrial before he joined his family business in 2008 and later he devoted mostly to his investment practice. Mr. LIU has extensive knowledge of Asia Pacific region. He brings rich experience in various management areas including sourcing, people development and management process improvement.

Tony Peng

Tony Peng is based in Houston, Texas and has extensive business experience in banking, investment and finance. He worked for the Bank of China for more than a decade as loan and asset management officer (international). He has served as Chief Financial Officer for several public and private energy companies in the US and is currently Chief Financial Officer for Helios Energy Ltd (ASX: HE8).  Tony holds an MBA degree from the University of Miami and a bachelor’s degree from Shanghai Fudan University with major in International Finance.

Lloyd Flint

Mr Flint, BAcc, FINSIA and MBA is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience in the corporate and financial services arena. He has held a number of management and senior administrative positions as well as providing corporate advisory services as a consultant to corporate clients.

Keith Martens

Keith Martens is a Geophysicist/Geologist (B.Sc. University of British Columbia) with 45 years petroleum experience.  Keith has worked in various senior roles, mainly in Australia and North America.  Recent client and staff positions in Australia have included Victoria Petroleum/Senex, Buru Energy and Tap Oil on local and international projects.  Keith has also worked in Canada and the USA for various companies large and small, for half of his career.

A strength of his background is experience in all facets of petroleum exploration and development especially is mature basins where novel and cutting-edge thinking is needed to revitalize areas which are thought to be fully explored.
